POSITION: IT ANALYST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements to define project scope, objectives and system specifications; Develop, update, and maintain product models, forms templates, requirements documentation, and data mapping specifications to support configuration and system integration changes; Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business requirements and translate them into actionable system features, technical specifications and backlog items; Evaluate existing system interfaces to identify trigger points, analyze data flows, and determine dependencies for integration; Work closely with business users, clients, testing teams, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and new features; Document requirements for new features and incorporate them into existing systems; Monitor service management tools for reported incidents, document issues, create system tickets, and coordinate with requestors and development teams for resolution; Support continuous improvement by analyzing system performance, user feedback, and change requests to recommend enhancements to business processes and technology solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or closely related fields and 1 year of experience as Computer Systems Engineer/Architect or related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience, employers will accept three years of academic coursework and 3 years of experience as Computer Systems Engineer/Architect or related field. Experience must include 1 year of experience in gathering functional and non-functional requirements, updating Product Model, Forms template, End to End requirements, Data mapping for configuration & integration changes; analyzing existing interfaces to determine trigger points. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
JOB LOCATION: Tech Rakers, Inc., 1602 W Pinhook Road, Suite 202-B, Lafayette, LA 70508 and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. The candidate may be required to relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US.
POSITION: PERMANENT, FULL TIME, 40 HRS/WK. 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
